“Education requires two things: a rigorous curriculum and an effective teacher. There are lots of strong business courses online but Chad Vordenberge’s personal touch is what makes this course come alive. Chad’s mentorship through this program was the crucial factor in helping me succeed during my college internships and securing a role with Google after graduation. I continue to carry his lessons of accountability and constant improvement with me to this day.”

“Companies are looking to hire for reliability, confidence, critical thinking and soft skills like high level communication. These skills often aren’t developed nowadays in the classroom. Chad was a mentor of mine for 6 years and I learned these first hand under his leadership. I hope every student across this nation can experience these courses. Our nation’s future would be a better place if more did.”

“School provides an academic foundation, but much of a person’s success depends on skills beyond academics and extracurriculars. Time management, goal setting, personal finance, public speaking, networking, and leadership are all essential life and career skills, yet they are rarely part of a traditional curriculum. This course is one of the most impactful investments someone can make in their personal and professional growth.”
The Problem
After 20 years of working with young adults I’ve noticed academically capable students are struggling with the soft skills and the GRIT that they should have been taught but weren’t.
Students can memorize periodic tables but don’t know how compound interest works.
Young people spend 20+ hours a week on social media but struggle to create lasting relationships.
They know the Pythagorean Theorem but they don’t know how to structure and deliver a professional presentation.
This is not a parenting or school failure or a character flaw. It is an experience gap and it has real, measurable consequences.
Capable Students are Falling Behind
There’s math tutoring, ACT prep courses, athletic performance trainers. There is no “Here are the skills young adults need” courses.
Until now.
Screens Stole Skills
Many in the Gen Z generation missed out on critical experiences during the pandemic.

You already know people who can open doors for you, you just don't know it yet. In this course you'll learn how to identify the right people to reach out to, what to say in a meeting that makes them want to help you, and how to walk into an interview with confidence. Most internships and jobs are never posted; they go to the person who knew how to ask.
-
Most people’s number one fear is public speaking. After this course you won't be one of them. You'll learn a repeatable system for structuring any presentation, pitch, class project, job interview or sales call. You’ll walk into a room prepared and walk out remembered. The ability to command a room is one of the highest-paid skills in any profession. We teach it.

Everyone has the same 168 hours in a week. How you use them and what steals them from you determines everything. This course creates systems for time and task management. Students will go through a time audit to show where their time actually goes, how to design a week that moves you toward what matters, and how to take back the focus that social media and your phone are quietly draining. Less stress isn't about doing less, it's about doing the right things.
-
Most people spend their 20s aimlessly chasing things that don't actually matter in the long run. Through values based exercises and finding what truly matters in work, relationships, habits and lifestyle, students will learn to bring intentionality to their actions. They'll get clear on what a rich life actually looks like. This is the course that changes how you see everything else.
-
The conversation you're avoiding is costing you in relationships, confidence, and work. This course teaches you how to say the hard thing clearly and kindly, how to build genuine rapport quickly, and how to change the way you talk to yourself when it matters most. The people who get ahead aren't necessarily the smartest in the room. They're the ones willing to have the conversations everyone else is avoiding.

The financial decisions you make in your late teens and early 20s will follow you for decades. This course teaches how compound interest works for you and against you, how to build a credit score from zero, the real cost of debt, and why opening a Roth IRA at 20 is worth $570,000 more than opening one at 30. The rules of money are simple, nobody bothered to teach them to you. Until now.

Leadership is not a title, it is a choice you make every time you walk into a room. This course teaches you how to earn trust quickly, how to bring out the best in the people around you, and how to show up with the kind of presence that makes people want to follow. These are the skills that separate the people who get promoted from those that don’t.
The Teaching Method to Make Knowledge Stick
Every course is heavily interactive. More doing time than instruction. We’ve found that the faster a student goes from knowledge to implementation the better they do.
Depending on the course there are specific action steps in each lesson to create the desired outcomes. It’s not just doing in class, but taking the experiences live immediately.
Teach, Example, Do
“It was the first time in high school that I was forced out of my comfort zone, put on the spot and expected to show what I learned. It was challenging but felt good!”
